Bottle at my Jazan hotel at lunchtime, and I don’t have to feel guilty. It’s basically just slightly malty pomegranate though. Not too artificial tasting which makes it one of the better ones.

Bottle: Drank from the bottle, green which is pour glass choice for Saudi sun. Aroma is sweet, seedy pomegranate. Taste is pomegranate, tangy, malty balance.

Bottle 0.33l from local market in Al Ula. Clear, gold to brown colored. AROMA- pomegranate soft drink. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, soft drink again. Light bodied. Not so terrible.

9/6/2023. Bottle courtesy of Painy’s travels to Saudi Arabia. Pours clear pale golden with a small short lasting white head. Aroma is very light pomegranate, fruit syrup, malty edge. Quite sweet, low bitterness, hint of tart. Light body, watery, prickly carbonation. Clammy finish. Hard to enjoy.

Pours amber with soda-like carbonation, no head. Aroma of pomegranate juice. Taste has sweet, artificial pomegranate flavoring, juice-like finish. Palate has apple juice notes, lingering pomegranate. Tastes great, narrowly qualifies as beer.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, shortlived head. Aroma is sweet pomegranate juicy. Perfumed. Sweet, sugarish. Lasting sweet to perfumed far finish.
