8/11/2023. Can from New Zealand Beer Collective. Pours slightly hazy honey gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, floral, honey, citrus, tropical notes, touch of pine. Moderate to medium sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Quite oily, average carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish, well balanced, well done.

Keg at Mikkeller Brewpub London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a slight, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, some floral notes, perfume, faint honey, dried pale malts, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly sweet finish, floral, soft grassy bitterness. OK.

440ml can as part of a delivery from New Zealand Beer Collective and drunk at home. Dark gold, mostly clear with a loose white head. Pleasant floral aroma, with plenty of honey in the background. Sweet taste with a small touch of hop bitterness in the finish. They don't skimp on the honey here either, but it isn't overdone, allowing the flavour of the beer to take centre stage. Full oily body, soft carbonation. Just right.

Can from Fierce Beer. It pours ever so slightly hazy golden with an orangey, hue and lasting white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, fragrant, some tropical fruits, lovely intoxicating honey vibes, sponge cake and bread. The taste is crispy, dry, pleasing bitterness, floral, fragrant, pithy citrus, zesty, honey cake, touch of peppery spice, pine and mellow sponge cake in the base. Dry finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Quenching and moreish.
