Huge, fluffy orangey head over copper-orange beer, lively carbonated and leaving shards of lace. Cardboard, white pepper, old oak, dark green leaves and wild yeasts. Dry, stonefruit; quinces, yes, if with all sugars extracted. Wild yeasts, some wood, exotic roots & vegetables. Preserved orangepeel. Feels well-bodied for a 6.3%, let alone a wild ale. Very good carbonation. Nice!!

Bottle shared at CBJ, thanks to Fergus, 27/11/24. Murky orange topped with a lasting egg shell white head. Nose is sharp citric zest, herb, yuzu, grass, hedgerow. Taste comprises balsa wood, funk, tangy citric flesh, herb, lactic tang. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Not bad.

Bottle shared at CBJ - cheers to Fergus. Pours lightly hazed rich gold with a creamy, white topping. Light sweet flavour with notes of ripe pear, apple, lemony bite, some seedy bitterness, mild acidity. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Bittersweet finish, dried pear. Not bad.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth and fairly sweet malts. Floral ripe geuezey fruits, a little Schweppes lemon. Light smooth finish. Mellifluous and tasty.
