A crushable sour wheat ale infused with strawberries, raspberries, milk sugar & vanilla. The Jam is bright & quenching, with zesty strawberry fruit, notes of lemonade & tangy rhubarb tartness throughout.

Deep and quite hazy pink and light copper coloured body with a nice, albeit fast-dying pure white head that starts off at about a centimetre tall and fades to just about nothing, a few seconds later. Aroma of very strong jam and fruit preserve notes with a lot of strawberries, grass, wheat, coriander seed and somehow even more fructose and amazingly fresh strawberry and juice notes which make this very nice and almost mouth-watering. Light-bodied; Super strawberry-y flavours up front that taste more like jelly and jam than any beer and the light malt suit this well, as the entire package is very easy-drinking, crisp, full-of-flavour yet light. Aftertaste shows some dry and almost assertively obvious missing body with a very light, almost marshmallow-y texture of air that shows a lot of fresh raspberry and of course strawberry notes which start off at crisp and deeply assertive, but the profile shows way more of the dry and easy-going alcohol punch. Overall, a great fruit-forward (especially the never-ending strawberry and sugar notes) beer that shows a great strawberry and lightly raspberry flavour to some lighter acidic notes and finishing it off very nicely with a great wheat and light fresh cherry note that is crisp and rich, but still being slightly light and soft. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, given to me by Erik, the General Manager of the brewery, on 03-March-2020 - Thanks Erik! A hazed pinkish grapefruit juice like Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity malt with nice mix of tart cherry, strawberry, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of tart strawberry, puckering acidity, tropical fruit, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery. 8-3-8-4-16
