Keg at If It Ain't Dutch, Enid Street, 15/05/24. Light golden yellow topped with a white head. Nose is grains, herb, sweet bready notes, vanilla, caramel. Taste comprises stewed fruits, grains, pale malts, raisins, toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of alcohol. Not bad for the style ... doesn't run overly sweet.

(Draught at Foeders, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2023) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, peaches, coriander and a touch of elderflower. Fruity, malty taste with peaches, grass, coriander, dough, soft malt and a mild herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, well made and harmonious tripel. Very nice.

On tap at Tap house, Utrecht Thursday 22nd September 2022 in the company of Stefan, Craig and Stella. Pours light hazy gold with a white head, aroma is punchy, soft mouthfeel, yeastyness, dry, this is very good.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is estery, fruity, nicely jammy, a bit sweet. Taste is the same, pretty sweetish, but not bad. Jammy mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Nice one!

Clear golden with a white head. Coriander aroma with some orange and yeasty esters. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Classic tripel example.

Can, 8.2%. Hazy golden colour. Nice creamy chalk white head. The flavour is ok grainy and slightly malty with a mild clove note and some spicy hops. Good clean bitterness. True to style and good.
