For a long time, the idea of haze obscuring an IPA’s appearance was frowned upon. Nowadays, we’re inclined to stare right into the haze and let the haze stare back. It’s all about that magically murky golden glow. This IPA is brewed with a trifecta of barley, oats and wheat to lock in the haze while aromas of stone fruit and citrus billow forth from Mosaic and Citra hops. Lean back and lose yourself in the clouds.

12 oz bottle that was part of the 2021 - 12 Days of IPA mix pack. The pour is a cloudy orange yellow with a foamy one inch white head. The aroma is tangerine citrus, along with a touch of floral. The taste is the tangerine fruit, soft citrus, lemon peel bitterness, some silkiness and a dry floral finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, unfiltered mouth feel and the clean softly bitter finish.

12 ounce bottle, from their mixed pack. Poured a hazy orange color with a medium sized white head. More haze than their last Hazy beer I had from them. Flavor was pleasant citrus, tropical fruits. Flavor was pleasant honey, melon, some peach.

12 ounce bottle, mixed pack, Total Wine Greenfield, 12/4/21, and way past my bedtime. Hazy orange, medium creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of oats, mango, grapefruit. Taste is melon, honey, tropical fruit. Low bitterness, well balanced. Nice.

32oz crowler pours with a slightly hazy gold to copper colored body that supports a lasting white head of foam. The aroma offers up some nice clementine, grapefruit and tangelo citrus as well as a sense of peach and melon. The taste delivers a pleasing level of tangy tangelo to clementine citrus hops and a sliver of soft peach. Toward midway it brings up a modest degree of melon and vague berry that add another interesting facet to the experience. In the background is a mild sense of the beer's malty base. This brings together a tasty balance of citrus to melon to slightly tropical fruity hoppiness. I dig it.

Not bad, a tad muddled but a decent hazy IPA. Offers up with stone fruit, pineapple, and grapefruit zest on the front, with a slight buttered vegetal note on the middle and a modest mineral bitterness in the finish. Not sure I’d want a sixer, but it’s a nice inclusion for a mix pack.
