Fairly hazy deep yellow, golden and even copper coloured body with a large, but very fast-dying pure white head that starts off at about five centimetres tall in height, but ends up at perhaps two after just a few seconds, but leaves a soapy and very large lace on the sides of the glass, due to it's initial size. Aroma of grass, hay, flowers, perfume and a pungent almost spicey belgian yeast strain with some bananas and coriander seed seemingly there, but the dry and super grassy portions are easy to identify. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong dry and very grassy flavours dominate with a lot of fresh hop bitterness right here as well and a touch of breadiness and unfinished yeasts. Aftertaste shows a noticeably crisp and dry malt profile with the pungent lager yeast and an unfinished sugar flavour at the end and even some light citrus fruit notes that show strongly. Overall, a dry, very bitter and crisp beer that doesn't show the sweetness or range of most beers in the style, but interesting and decent for the time of the year. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 19-June-2020 for US$3,32 sampled at my house here in Washington on 22-July-2021, just over a year later.

Herbal and bitter, with a yeasty undertone and notes of grass, clove, and vanilla, but the hops trample over any farmhouse subtleties, leading to an odd mix of grain, lemon, spice, and, yep, oregano on the finish. Not great, but neat label art, though.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice citrus hop and saison yeast ester. Flavor is a very weak hop and a light ester. The rater below me got oregano and damn if that's what I'm getting too. It's a bit odd and off putting. Just stop at the aroma and you'll be fine.
