This little delight has been brewed with a Saison yeast strain, then aged in Burgundy Red Wine barrels with a touch of Brettanomyces yeast. Bottle shared at Leighton’s. It pours slightly hazy blonde with a small white head. The nose is toasty pine, orange peel, vinous, sherbet, brett, lactic notes and panettone. The taste is crisp, orange sherbet, grapefruit, earthy, mild acidity, tart green apple, vinous, lactic, gooseberry and white grape with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice vinous element to it. Rather nice.

Bottle shared at Leightons pre Christmas tasting. Thanks to Leighton. Aroma is tart apricot, funky socks, a little musty. A little solvent on the nose as well. Light hazed orange / golden coloured pour with a l=thin lasting white head. Flavour is composed of subdued funky pineapple, tart apricot, funk, little sugar. Big lingering tart fruit and nice funk. Bitting grapefruit bitterness. Palate is medium full body, semi sweet. Long tangy finish.

Bottle shared in London. Thanks to Paul. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. The nose has some tangy pale wood, tangerine, grass, lemon, very slight varnish. Light-medium sweet flavor with a bit of grassy bitterness, slight alcohol, some lemon, leather, melon. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tangy finish, some citrus fruits, mild woody aspect, white grape, melon. Nice beer.

Hazy amber beer, tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light with a nice light crispness. A very light sourness. Very mild and smooth wood. Little savoury brett. Tangy red wine and sweet vanilla. Light crisp finish with some marmalade coming in and the red wine getting juicier. Tasty and very drinkable.
