Tap@Himmeriget Alvarado/Sante Adairius TTO - hazy orange with a white head. Fruity with some tangerine and papaya, some pulpy mango, melon, some nice hop spice and resinous bitterness running through, soft malts, medium body, robust bitter hoppy finish. On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy orange with lasting medium sized white head. Hoppy, tropical fruit, dank, peach, juicy. Resinous. Moderate to strong bitter finish. Smooth texture and easy drinkable. Medium bodied. Beautiful, loved it.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is moderately hoppy forward with citrus, tropical fruit and some lighter resin and dank notes. Medium light to medium cracker malt notes. Pours a fairly hazy, dull, straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to the edges leaving behind a high amount of lacing. Small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness to it with moderate cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness with some light alcohol notes. Moderate grapefruit and orange hop notes with medium light tropical fruit and pine resin. Some light dank notes in the background. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice DIPA, but the hop profile in the aroma and flavor could be more pronounced and fruity.
