Brewed to 10.4% our Russian Imperial Stout is a special beer, complex yet smooth it has raisin, plum, and dark fruit undertones with a rich malty finish.

Bottle shared in London. Thanks to Kenny. Pours deep brown with a creamy beige head. The nose has lots of dark fruits, mellow roast, cocoa, dates. Medium sweet flavor with creamy dark fruits, chocolate, some earthy bitterness, figs. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Warming finish with lots more ripe, dark fruits, marshmallows, vanilla, mellow chocolate. Well balanced. Quite drinkable.

Bottle shared at Leightons pre Christmas tasting. Caramel brown coloured pour with a halo of grayish head. Aroma is woody, light caramel, toast, burnt sugars, little syrup. Flavour is sweet maple, toffee, burnt sugars, little electronic toast. Not much dried fruit, raisin. Palate is semi sweet, somewhat more full, moderate carbonation. Lingering toffee and dried fruits. Not an impy stout. More like a barley wine.

Bottle from London Brewers Market, Spitalfields Market, London. A black coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, chocolate, hint of coffee. Lacking in complexity but fine.
