Draught@CBC2016. Amber colour with a slightly off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, honey, some caramel tones with a wooden tartness to it. Flavour is sweetish malts, honey, caramel and some slight alcohol tones. Somewhat dry palate, even though being rather sweet.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 22.03.2021) im 2018-04 getrunken. Dieser fette Honigwein ist stark von der übereife Apfel- und Honigaroma dominiert. Trotz des Honig ist dieses Med durch die Äpfel nicht wirklich süss sondern eher leicht sauer. Das wirklich Große bei diesen hier ist die sensationelle Balance der Aromen. Spitzenklasse!

750ml bottle on Valentines Day. Coppery golden amber colour, off-white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of floral honey, with hints of citrus rind and funk. Taste is initially sweet, honey, floral, some malt then sour, lemon rind, acidic, with funky notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Nektar B My Alphahoney ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet, wood, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration,honey, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is herbal, slight wooden and caramelish. Smooth fruity, mild caramelish. Sweet and wineous fruity finish.

(650ml bottle @ VilleValla Pub, LInköping, May 10 2016) Pours murky iced tea with no head. Aroma of wildflower honey, sugared orange, red berries, quite sweet but a touch lemony. Flavour is sweet and sour, honey core with tart green grapes, berries, floral quality, touch of sweet homebrew white wine, soft funk quality. Fairly full syrupy body with nearly no carbonation and a hint of alcohol. A little odd, decent if not as funky as I would have hoped from the Brekeriet portion of the combo.

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours amber with no head. Aroma and taste is both tart and sweet with notes of honey and caramel, medium acidic finish.
