Bottle.Muddy orange colour with no head.Aroma of acid and barnyard nice sour and with hint of a kind of berries nice by style beer.

Shared 330 ml bottle. ABV is 6.4%. Tøndemodnet sæson. Cloudy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus and yellow plums, mild spices and saison yeast, a hint of oak. Moderately sour flavour, notes of gooseberries and unripe yellow plums. Hints of mild spices and oak.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM on board Fridtjofen 03.12.18. 6.4 % ABV. Cloudy straw colour. Diminishing white head. Acid aroma of lambic, citrus and gooseberries. Refreshing and complex taste of lambic and sour gooseberries. Good! Acid, dry and astringent mouthfeel

Flaske (6,4% iflg etiketten) fra Ølsnedkeren, delt med skipsrederen og seremonimesteren 02.12.18 (juleverksted på Fridtjofen): klar gylden med ok skum. Herlig, syrligfrisk aroma og smak med hvite rips og andre lyse bær, vanilje, melkesyre og hint av rosevin. Lett, vinøs afslutning.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, exotic fruits, and malt. The flavor is a bit sour with notes of lemons, straw, spices, and hops, leading to a dry finish.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish bubbly head, cloudy palish orange color, yeasty funky aroma with some vanila and vinegar, flavor of maple, pits and spicy cake, fruity malty sourness mellow but getting stronger and empathic, quite dry. Really nice and highly enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Lior D. Slightly hazy yellow-golden. Funk, fruitiness, herbal, wood, earth, a bit of vinegar, sour. Very nice.

Draught @ Mig & Olsnedkeren, Mejlgade 12, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Brøggeren Sæson ].Light unclear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, dough, sour yeast, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dough, sour yeast, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160627]
