On draft at Caps & Taps. It pours a lightly hazed pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has light fresh dank, lemon and grapefruit. The flavor has light herbal dank and lemon. Very lemony in fact. Lightly creamy on the palate and fresh tasting. Light bready malts. Snappy with medium to heavy flowery dank bitterness. Not too strong. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is very hop forward with some dank and citrus notes followed by some lighter tropical fruit. Grapefruit, orange, mango, pine resin and dank, woodsy and onions notes. Medium light cracker malt notes. Pours a very hazy, dull golden straw color with a medium sized, thick, white head that recedes to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with some medium light cracker malt notes. Lots of hop character with a fairly strong bitterness. Grapefruit and orange with hints of mandarin as well as some lighter mango notes. Some medium light dank and resinous notes with Pune, wet forest floor and onion. Lingering bitterness and citrus notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, another nice, hazy IPA from SARA. When will they start canning these? Tastes a lot like simpleton, but with a little bit less hop character.
