On draft at Caps & Taps. It pours a lightly hazed yellow color with a white head. The aroma has fresh dank with good supporting pineapple and passionfruit. Complex hoppiness. The flavor has passionfruit up front with lots of fresh green dank that creeps up on you and becomes spicy in the finish. Creamy mouth feel with pale maltiness. Dry. Good one.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is very hop forward. Moderate grapefruit and resin notes with some tropical fruit. Mango, papaya and melon with some light orange notes. Medium light cracker malt notes. Pours a rather hazy, especially for SARA, pale golden straw color with a medium small, moderately thick, white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers. Fairly high lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with some medium light cracker malt notes that lingers in the finish. A dry finish with moderately high bitterness. Fairly hoppy with quite a bit of tropical fruit and citrus balanced by a moderate resin note. Orange and grapefruit with mango, papaya and melon. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice, hop forward IPA. Solid hop character with some light sweetness and it isn’t too bitter.

Tap. Pours fairly cloudy golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is dank, loads of pine resin. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, resinous, dank. Medium body, lingering bitterness, touch of heat. Good, but doesn’t express a lot of the aromas I expect from Simcoe and Equinox.
