Nest siste dag for denne gang i Dronningens by, og jeg går planken på Taphouse: uklar strågylden med fint skum som varer. Søt citrus, overmoden ananas og lyse tropiske frukter i en fin maltkropp med god bitterhet, myk munnfølelse og lang ettersmal som også inkluderer mersmak. Hva mer trenger man egentlig?

Draft at the Taphouse, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, crisp, juicy mango passionfruit, light pineapple, floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
