Keg @ North Westward Ho, Manchester. Lighter golden colour with a head. Clear golden with a carbonation. Stated saison, although its fizziness isn't so apparent once in the palate. Fruit and a tad sour.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from BA online. Pours crystal clear gold with a creamy, white topping. Light sweet flavour with pleasant citric tartness, cleansing salinity, a little lemon, grapefruit, nips of pine needles, minerality. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean and tart to finish, salty, a little bitter pine, oily lime. Delightful.

Tight white foamy head on an unclear pale amber coloured body. Oaked, winey & church aroma Medium, extremely sharp with a clean dry back. Dry white wine, funky, woody & herbal tastes with tart finish. Palate cleaner.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Golden body with a light haze and a short-lived white head. Lively carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of lemon zest, green apple and elderflower. Flavour of lime and salted lemon. Thin body with a slick texture. Light fizz. This is refreshing and rustic without ever becoming overly tart.
