Tap at Rbabarrab, Copenhagen 24/08/2024 Been ages since trying a Buxton beer, here getting a dark sweet malty vibe with lots of chocolate and a mix of maple, caramel and toffee malty sweetness, blueberry certainly on the nose, but still well balanced on the palate, lovely stuff

Panda thanks to Wingman. Near clear deep brown beer, decent bubbly darkish tan head. Smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation late on. Soft and nicely chocolate malts, one of those nice blends of milk to dark chocolate, roughly 60/40. A small amount of boozy chocolate liqueur. Mild vanilla. The blueberry is something of an afterthought, as I am not the worlds biggest blueberry fan, struggling to find fault with that other than it belies intention. Smooth finish. Really digging the choc on this.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 31/08/24. Black with a tan head that thins to a swirl. Nose is sweet malts, maple syrup, blueberry jam, molasses, brown sugar melt. Taste comprises maple syrup, chocolate pot, blueberries, vanilla essence molasses, brown sugar melt. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Fun pastry affair ... delivers on the named ingredients without getting silly sweet.
