Hopped highly with Galaxy, Nelson and Riwaka, Repeating Symbols is super tropical with aromas of lychee, sauvignon and concord grape, mango and warming spice. Just like all of our pale ales, this beer brings loads of enticing flavor and aroma but with a uniqueness delivered by these difficult to source hops.

Opaque, thin head. Light body, good bright hop with bright galaxy, and a bit of onion.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 03, 2022. Aroma is hop forward and dank with tons of gooseberry notes. Lighter notes of white wine grapes, passion fruit, lychee and hints of citrus. Tons of dank oily notes. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a hazy pale, golden straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes with lots of passion fruit, gooseberry, white wine grapes and hints of tropical citrus and dank, oily notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pale ale. Really nice hop aroma but the hop flavor is a bit less impressive. Malt profile is light and bitterness is balanced allowing this to be pretty crushable.

Can to glass. More like a session IPA than a pale. Loads of tropical and citrus aroma and flavor. Hazy yellow with white head.
