Tap. Pours hazy chestnut, small tan head, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, cocoa, rye, touch of smoke, molasses. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, rich, earthy, hint of smoke, burnt malt, light rye spice. Medium body, finishing rye kick.

Can. Pours a dark brown hue with a small off white head. A nice nose of roast and rye. Bitter dark chocolate and rye, lactose, vanilla. Smooth.

16oz can pours a dark, cola brown/black with a nice finger of khaki head. Nose is really nice, malty, toasty, grainy, bready, marzipan, molasses, light coffee. Flavor like a whole wheat brownie, coffee is big now, roasty, bread crust. Medium bodied, dry and drinkable. Well made.

16 oz can from jcos, thanks bud! Consumed 7/10/21. Dark brown color. Rye and spice on a nice roasted malt / light coffee base. Nice flavor. Touch thin, but still nice overall.

Roast and sharp rye notes. Nice bitter chunk of porter the way I like them. Black pour with decent head. Bitter dark cacao and a touch of coffee. Bitter end. Tap at brewery.
