Bottled. Black colour with a mediumsized foamy brown head. Aroma is roasted, chocolaty, some ashes and mild ripe fruits. Flavour is alcohol, ripe fruits, roasted, chocolaty, ashy and mild toffeeish and nutty tones to it.

500 ml bottle, as Grauballe Wild Horse Imperial Stout, from Skjold Burne Skagen. ABV is 8.6%, IBU 55. Black colour, moderate tan head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate and dust, hints of mild coffee. The flavour is slightly on the dry side, still with some residual sweetness. Notes of roast malts and dust, hints of tar and smoke, also chocolate, coffee and liquorice.

Tap@Ølfestival København 2018, Copenhagen - black pour with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, caramel, some coffee roast, medium body, dark malty close.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours pitch black with a roughish, beige head. Nose is not very roasty but has dried dark fruits and a little tar and peat. Solid body, lowish carbonation, some malty roast tartness. Again not so roasty, but the peat comes through also in the flavor. A little sloppy, but drinkable. 210318
