440ml can. Clear light gold with white foam and good retention. Aroma of cereals, some white bread dough, hint of stone fruits. Taste of sweet cereal and grainy malt, some soapy citrus, peach and grass. Somewhat cloying. Ok bitterness. More flavour than your standard supermarket lager but it's slightly off balance.

440ml can. Pours bright gold with a large, frothy head. Aroma is sweet and soapy lemon and toffee. Taste has toffee and lemon throughout. A bit flabby.

Can from Aldi Supermarket, Rochdale. Golden with a small head. Hoppy brew lessening its lager character, with a sweetness edging towards bubblegum but not quite reaching the stated levels that entails.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Aldi in Dalston. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold, with a foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of husky grains, some dried cereal, a little white bread, faintly bitter hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. OK balance to finish, bit more grain husk, grass, faint metallic notes, straw. So so.

[44cl can from Aldi.] An amber pour with a short-lived white head; floral aroma; fruity taste with a grainy body; and a clean, crisp grainy bitterness to finish. Not bad.
