The Northern Lights are pretty cool too.
A super pale ale, lightly hazy, and shining a light on the unsung Comet hop. Comet brings flavours of grapefruit zest, black pepper and dank pine which contrasts and complements the sweet tropical mix of the more heralded Mosaic hop.

Hazy straw colour with small white top, modest retention. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit and pine with the fruitiness being somewhat overripe. Taste of bitter grapefruit with a drying bready, earthy and mineral element. Some tropical oiliness noted in the finish, light bitterness and moderate sweetness. Ok medium bodied mouthfeel. A bit lacking for the style.

Can from Beer52. It pours cloudy pale yellow with a decent white head. The aroma is green, sappy, resinous, dank, sticky pine, green fruits, melon, greengage and gooseberry full. The taste is initially dry, quite bright , prickly pine, green, weedy, dank, peppery spice, floury bread, sweet ripe melon, gooseberry and boiled sweets with a soft finish. Average body and soft, massaging carbonation. Easy going and drinkable stuff.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A cloudy straw coloured pour with a billowing, foamy white head; light tropical fruit aroma; tropical fruit taste; then a dry finish with a pithy citrus bitterness. Unexceptional.
