A cloudy pale Wit beer made using a combination of wheat malt, Maris Otter and oats, lightly hopped with English and Slovenian hops. Coriander seeds and orange peel addedin the late stages to give spicy, floral easy drinking beer.

Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 20/8/2019. Hazy amber in colour, with a thin, off-white, head and slight haze. A yeasty beer, with some stone fruits, ripe grains and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2016, National Winter Ales Festival (2016), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Elland Belgian Wit ].Murky matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty. banana, yeast, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, weizen yeast, coriander, sweet malt, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]

Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival at KEGS. Cask. Cloudy gold beer, thin off white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Dry pale malts. Soapy floralness. Dry apricot fruit into a slightly spicy dry finish. Mmm. Passable, just.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Cloudy golden-amber with a thin head. Fruity with a heavy Belgian wit style and taste. Ale textured with a smoothness in the palate.

Good usage of Belgian yeast. Good drinkability.
