Sherry barrel aged limited version of Pime Öö.
Taste: Big and bold, this immediately makes the Pedro Ximenez felt. Luxuriously sweet, with a heavy presence of cherry and chocolate. The raisin character from the aroma comes through again, sliding down the tongue smoothly. Best enjoyed when sipped by a fireplace.
Appearance: Jet black with a brief ruby tinted light brown head.
Nose: The smell of dates, raisins, cranberries, and above all, sherry overwhelm the room. Blackcurrant jam, smooth chocolate, and a light toasted oak character come through later, whilst sweet malts and a hint of alcohol closes the aroma.
Malts: Pale malt, Munich malt, Special B, Crystal 300, Crystal 150, Crystal 200, Carafa type 2 special, Chocolate malt, Chocolate Rye, Oats

One of their best stouts that I’ve had. Delectable. The sherry barrel aging takes it to another notch. I’d love to try a port barrel-aged stout if they have one.

33 cl bottle with red waxing. Poured into a Snifter. Near black with a thin tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, tar, rich dark malts, lingering wooden sherry barrel notes. Taste is sweet. Full bodied. Long lasting sweet finish with lingering sherry barrel, booze and dark malts. Sweet, rich with a good barrel ageing. Excellent.

Appearance: Opaque black. Long lasting brown head. Taste: Strongly sweet but pleasant, vanilla, sherry, alcohol, chocolate. Palate: Full body. Creamy. Long warm finish.

Virtually black. A thick, oily looking pour with a fleeting, foamy head. Big plum aroma. Vanilla and chocolate undertones. Taste is sweet, full of plum jam and birthday cake with a strong underlying coffee bitterness that keeps things from getting cloying. Heavy body, mild carbonation. Warming. A good sipper.

Flaska från Khioskh drucken med ölföreningen. Massiv kropp och riktigt snygga fattoner från sherryn som verligen ger karaktär. Choklad, lakrits, mörka bär, fudge och en ganska eldig sherry. Sött och stark utan att bli för mycket. Riktigt gott.

Botella 33 CL del Gato que bebía cerveza Valladolid tomada en Valladolid 01..07..2020. Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores intensos maltosos tostados con notables toques de vinos añejos y suaves maderas ajerezadas tirando a dulces. Cuerpo intenso con bastante sabor y buena densidad. Fino, de trago corto con bastante sabor y ligero amargo final. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.
