A highly quaffable, refreshing ale. Well balanced with a delightful aroma, citrus notes from the hops and a subtle ginger flavour that creeps up on you like a Ninja.

Cask at Exeter Arms, Derby. Pours a hazy chrome yellow with minimal off-white head but good lacing. The aroma has floral hops with some hints of spice. In the mouth it is sweet with floral hops, lemon, orange and generic citrus. Ginger is there too, but not as much as you would expect from the name. Finish is rather dry. This is quite nice and certainly very refreshing.

Chelmsford Winter Beer Fest at KEGS. Cask. Hazy gold beer, snall bubbly white head. Palate is light, smooth and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Nice light floral ginger blends well with modest grapefruit. The grapefruit gets stronger toward the end. Simple but tasty.
