Draft @ CBC 2016. Pours a hazy yellow color with no head. Has a fruity spicy floral honey aroma with weak woody hints. Sweetish spicy weak woody bourbon floral honey with hints of berries. Has a sweetish spicy floral honey woody finish.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Sahtipaja Sött men inte Rött ].Unclear matt light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, flowers, nectar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet honey, honey, nectar - flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160514]

Bouteille 25cl via trade, thanks Timo. Dorée paille laissant un beau filament doré au verre. Arôme présente un nez chargé en miel et ponctué par de belles effluves de cannelle, de barrique de Bourbon laissant passer des pointes de vanille mais aussi un soupçon de framboise venant de la bière de base. Palais est doux mielleux, Bourbon avec un fini biscuité vanille qui passe bien avec le profil un peu citronné-citrique de la base Berliner. Retrouve une note de chaleur, Bourbon, et encore épice, léger framboise. C’est justement cet effet Berliner qui tranche un peu avec la douceur du miel apportant un changement intéressant.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av färska hallon, hallonkärnor, röda vinbär, jäst, vanilj, trä, bourbon, kanel med toner av honung och vått bastuträd. Lagom sötma, stor syrlighet, torr, fruktig, frisk med fin beska.

Draught at @Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Light hazy hay yellow liquid with no head. Aroma of honey, bourbon, vanilla, wood, red berries and light raw sugar. Taste is medium sweet with notes of honey and bourbon. Full bodied with with no carbonation. Awesome.
