Holy crap what a carbonation level. Had to use hard pour into a bowl. Then back into a glass But it worked fine. Quite nice actually Cloudy orange golden in the glass Nice pleasant aroma. Ok intensity Balanced sweetness Ginger, strawberry, salt and lime in the flavor [Can from Pål – bought at The Brewery]

Notater fra et hyggelig rb-treff på Tau med trekkspilleren og seremonimesteren: kveldens første boks, en 0,44 fra bryggeriets utsalg. Lett ukjar oransjerød med ok skum. Frisk duft og smak av ingrediensene lime, jordbær og tranebær. Diskret bruk av ingefær, salt og laktose skaper en fin helhet. Myk munnfølelse og saftig ettersmak med friskhet og sursyrlige toner. Tåler fint et gjensyn med denne, kanskje fra fat på Humbar?

Shared can. ABV is 4.5%. Pink-ish orange-ish to red colour, small white head. Aroma of strawberries and lime. Flavour of strawberries, cranberries and lime, moderately sour, quite refreshing. A hint of ginger and salt.

Can. Unclear reddish orange body under a big but fading, dense pink head. Aroma of raspberries, strawberries, melon, minerals, and ginger. Taste is acidic red berries like aroma, lime, ginger and minerals. Pretty sour. Medium body and long lasting acidic aftertaste. Refreshing with acidic berries, lime and ginger dominating the show here. Like a sour fruit drink. Fair enough.
