A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice tart mix of lactic notes, lemon, citrus and Brett. In mouth, a nice tart mix of lactic notes, light Brett, ground cherry, pleasant and refreshing. Bottle a few years old.

Tap at the Watering Hole. Nice. Good, citrus light sourness that fades a little later. Got the hop character, little sweetness. Nice.

Bottle. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Tart with funk, oak, some citrus and herbs. The body was on the light side. A decent one.

This brew is a hazed golden color with a medium thick white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tart citrus, yeast, hops and oak. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, oak, mildly funky yeast and bready malt. The finish is tart and vinous with a citrus and oak aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Pours a slight hazy light-golden colour with a big frothy white head, long lasting and thick creamy lace. A nice mix of sour nose with the citra hops that gives fresh grassiness, berry hints with coriander and mustard even. The sour starts off the taste with a nice bitterness of grass giving my the coriander feel again. Light vinegars all over. Gets cloudy at last pour. A very nice blend of hoppy citrus grass and sourness. A great first experience from this brewery, and my first top 50 sour/wild ale.

Z jednej strony fajowo intensywne, cytrynowe, nieco przyprawowe, ciut cierpkie... z drugiej te dzikusy maja jakas pawiowa nutke for mi.

Lovely hopped-up sour, layers upon layers of sour ale goodness, grassy and sweet with toasty undertones, all atop vast stretches of lacto brightness backed up by alternating swaths of funk and oak. Bright haystack notes round out the tart peach-citrus front, while bready yeast leads to a mustard-like middle, not quite savory but close. The finish brings a subtle sweetness, woodsy oak notes leading to papaya and vanilla on the fade, while a lemondrop undercurrent reminds you Citras are in the recipe. Funk and lacto on the nose, while the pour’s a nice hazed yellow-gold with moderate lacing. Perfect texture for the style. Delicious.
