Trevlig

Bottled, at Kastrup Airport. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Distinct aroma of tart Granny Smith apples. Slender, tart and crisp. Mildly funky, lots of tart green apples. Low bitterness. Nice!

Draught, 3.5% at KØ18. Weak apple aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Mild apple sweetness, then a good apple acid. Not dry and not sweet.

500ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, courtesy of myself, bought from Olbutikken, Copenhagen. Pours murky yellow, thin white head. Aroma is light summery apple mush. Taste continues with a touch of sour, horseblanket and tangy apple pie. This is bizarre, definitely not a cider and definitely not a sour. And not really inbetween. Intriguing, and I really like it.

Shared bottle at the April 2016 Shrewsbury Beer Exchange meeting: cheers Mat. More like a cider than a beer: hazy light lemon in colour, no head. Tastes and smells of apples, end of.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, pale golden with a fizzy, dissipating white head - very dull looking. Sweet apple juice aroma with a tart, lactic edge. Medium body, low carbonation, again simply sweet apple juice with a slight tartness. Sorry Herslev, but this is one sloppy brew. 080116
