Draught. Amber colour with a small slightly off-white head. ARoma is sweet malts, caramel, citrus and some lemongrassy elements. Flavour is swet malts, citrus, alcohol, some mild wood as well as lemongrassy and herbal tones.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 9th August 16. Pours a reddish murky beer. Aroma is pine, citrus, sweet, caramel. Taste is sweet and also pretty bitter, rich, pine, fruit. Not bad

Draught at Tap 10. Hazy amber-golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, caramel malts, toasted notes and spicy hints. Taste is bitter. Full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes lasting dry and bitter with citrus fruits and caramel malts. Very rich and satisfying.

Tap @ Christian 4tal Pale Ale Festival 2016, Odense. Pours amber with a red hew. Berries, thick caramel and grapefruit. Good and tasty malts - dusty hops. Way too old is a guess!

Draught @ Mikkeller & Friends, Stefansgade 35, DK-2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark. [ As Ghost Brewing / Brewfist Red Haze ].Clear medium to dark red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, nutty, moderate to heavy hoppy, dusty hops, light citrus and grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, licorice hops, caramelized malt, caramel, burnt caramel, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. From tap. Pours hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity and toasted malty. Fruity, peachy and solid bitter. Slight herbal. Dry, bitterand lingering fruity. Solid hoppy finish.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, sweet fruity hops, strawberry, melon, grassy hops, some citrus. Flavor is light bitter, malty, grassy, sweet fruity, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 130216

Cafe Viking er alltid et must når jeg er på hyttetur, og jeg ble ikke skuffet denne gangen heller. Kr. 45 for en 0,4 høyoktan (her serverer vi ikke annet, ble jeg fortalt). Håper bare at tåken ikke legger seg tykt før jeg kommer meg i sikkerhet. Lett uklar rødlig kobber med fint skum hele veien (sanseapparatet er fortsatt helt intakt). Bær, urter og kjeks i aroma. Litt ristet brød? Overmodne jordbær blander seg inn i smaken uten at jeg protesterer. Fint karbonert, og med en myk og behagwlig bitterhet i ettersmaken, som er lang og tørr.
