Can 44 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy, slightly reddish tinted beige head. Roasty nose paired with a slightly tart berry juice note. Sweet roastiness yet with a tart berry edge that doesn't realy suit a Stout. The almond essence is completey lost on me. Warming alcohol finish. A beer where the description sounds better than the outcome of the actual beer. 201225

44 cl can poured into a snifter. Near black with a thin, tanned head. Sweet aroma with dark malts, vanilla, chocolate, cherries, and almonds. The taste is sweet. Full body. Lingering sweet finish with almonds and cherries. Nice Winter Warmer

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 31/01/2024 Dark roasted and sweet malty with some chocolate, toffee and caramel sweetness, full bodied, lightly tart cherry and nutty accents into the dark malty finish. Good one and nicely balanced.
