Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden amber colour with a thin off-white head. Fruity aroma with spicy notes and caramel malts, coriander, a lightly toasted note. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and spicy with citrus fruits and caramel malts. Interesting.

Bottle@Jespers - Slow gusher, pours Amber with a off white head that finally dissipates. Sweet and toasted malty with some notes of caramel, some sweet fudge, slight herbal and and a winter plethora of spices into the finish.

330ml bottle [gusher!]. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with huge, frothy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. X-masy spicy aroma, notes of clove, ginger, cinnamon, juniper berry, all-spice, gingerbread, a touch of rose water and orange peel - all embedded in a minimally toasty, malty basis. Taste is minimally soapy, spicy, hints of ginger, clove, cinnamon, gingerbread - now unconnected, minimally diluted. Not overspiced, not too sweet - but flawless neither.
