Cask at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lemon lime citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, smooth, dank, grassy, light citrus, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Cask at Shrewsbury Arms, Stafford. Pours a pale gold with a small white head and good lacing. Not much of an aroma – just vaguely lemon and generic hops. Tropical fruit and lemongrass in the mouth. Pepper follows later, before finally some sweet malts appear. Finish is rather dry. Nice enough, but not a worldbeater.

Hand-pulled pint in the Anvil, Shifnal on 7th November 2021. Clean and clear golden body, white head. Light citrus nose and taste with a caramel/malty base for sweetness. Nice, easy going beer all round.

Cask at GBBF 2016. Day 1. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Characterised by pale grains, mellow white pepper, hay, biscuits, faint grassy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with further pale grains, ripening lemon. Good one.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Clear pale golden color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste some malts, nicely hoppy, tropical fruityness, slightly a piney perhaps. A bit sweet tropical fruits even. Decent body and carbonation. Quite nice! Thanks for sharing Judyvv.
