Can in line at Billies. Black with big tan head. Massive chocolate, sugar, thick malts, coffee, black currant, blackberries. Solid sweet, less bitter, very light sour. Full bodied.

Jet black pour with a beige head. Nose is big toast, dark sugars, dark fruits and licorice with a hint of caramel, pleasant and promising. Flavor is earthy (not roasty tho!), chocolatey with hints of licorice, caramel and very dark bread, the finish is cacao and dark sugars once again. Super smooth, silky bodied, feels medium to big, not the thickest Moers stout out there. The finish closes fast, the pH feels a touch low perhaps. Cool malt-forward stout with low roast level, my cup of tea
A black beer, tan lacing. Aroma of sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, some coffee. Taste of sweet dark malt, chocolate, nuts, some coffee, toffee.

Cremiger, leicht süßer Beginn, röstig, cremig, leicht nach Kokos. Würzig, Kakao, Alkohol, intensiv. Vollmundig malzig, sehr cremig bleibend, etwas Espresso. Gut. 12/12/12/12/13/12

(Draft at Uiltje Craft Beer Bar, Haarlem, 20 Feb 2025) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with black coffee, liquorice, black-currant and blueberries. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black coffee, cacao, liquorice, cinnamon and a balanced coffee bitterness. Full body, with a touch of sweetness. Rich, powerful and tasty. Very nice.

Pours really black brown, large smooth very very nice looking brown head with bubbles on top. looks totally awesome. Surprisingly mild aroma, salty wood, roasted malts. Aroma is very good, super clean and very roasted malty but it is extremely faint so that drags the overall score well below where it could be.
palate and texture is INSANE. one of the thickest imp stouts i ever tasted, it's like cake cream thick, chewwy. very smooth also. a fantastic sipper. there are faint flavor notes of dark dried fruits and then layers of roasted malts, not much else. a roasted malty stout like they used to be. only insanely heav and potent. alc. is well hidden. a great sipper.

Op tap bij Arendsnest. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Soyasaus, zoet, dik, iets romig, wat chocolade maar toch vooral zoete soyasaus. Volle body. Had hier meer van verwacht.
