On tap at SARA. It pours a hazed yellow color with a white head. The aroma is strong with dank, grass, fruit citrus, tangerine, grapefruit and florals. Very grassy. The flavor is the same. Massive grassiness with intense plant-like hop resin and potent grassy bitterness. Crisp body and lightly creamy on the palate. Grape, fruit and florals come through mid palate with a tacky, piney and slightly unpleasant bitter finish. Kind of like sucking on spent tea leaves. Not my favorite from SARA.

Tap. Pours quite hazy pale orange, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma of pot, citrus, dank leaves, mango. Flavor is light sweet, super dank, light plus bitter, juicy, lots of pot, tropical notes. Medium body. This is hella good.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is rather hoppy with nice dank notes along with some tropical fruit and light citrus. Light cracker and biscuit malt notes. Pours a hazy, bright yellow gold with a medium sized, fairly thick, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet, but fairly dry with nice cracker notes and some lighter biscuit. Medium high bitterness. Some lighter hop flavors than in the aroma. Dank and resinous with a light tropical fruit note. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Very soft mouthfeel though, especially for its dry finish. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, I?m not sure what makes this an American Bitter as opposed to a session IPA, but its tasty. I like the hop profile on the aroma quite a bit. Flavor has a good bitterness.
