Cask at the Newark Beer Festival 2024. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light fruity citrus and sweet. Medium body.

16/7/2019. Bottle from Priest Town Bottle Shop, Preston. Pours clear bright gold with an average sized white head. Aroma of malt, grain, bread, very light fruit and a little plastic. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Bit disappointing.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bread, malt, hops, grass, straw and has a sweet malty finish.

From cask at Barker’s Brewery, Huyton, Merseyside, 06.01.18. Clear golden. White head. Moderate aroma and taste of pilsner malt and flowery hops. Fruity.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Blonde with a small head. Has a mid-malty aroma and taste in a very palatable texture.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2016, National Winter Ales Festival (2016), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Parker Viking Blonde ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie, sweet malt, light hoppy, citrus - berry - blackcurrant, moderate yeasty, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, UK yeast, citrus - blackcurrant, fruity, sweet malt, cookie. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 7/4/2016. Golden in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Aroma of hedgerow fruits and leafy hops, Flavour had more fruit, cereal malts and a moderately bitter finish.Ok.

GraviCask, shared with Finn at The National Winter Ales Festival. Clear golden body. Bubbly ring to the rim of the surface. Modest oily hops on the nose, hints of berries. Berry fruity flavours with lightly fruit bitter endnotes. Okay(Derby 19.02.2016).
