Rewilding, taking inspiration from Antipodean white wines this light and spritzy sour uses Nelson for fresh grape and tropical notes and Motueka for a delicate lime finish. At only 3% it's an all-day sipper and made in the hope of an extended Indian summer. Here's hoping.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear paleish gold beer, small white head, very short lived. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Very light malts, sweet enough. I'm astonished how well this works. Obvious Nelson winey grape, which is an eye opener these days. Blends well with the Motueka lime element. There is just a very mild tartness that is quite refreshing. Cracking low abv beer. Could drink this all day in the sunshine.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 26/07/24. Clear golden blonde with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is citric sherbets, grass, Kiwi fuelled hop presence, balsa wood, dusty straw, green berry must. Taste comprises tangy tropical fruits, guava, lychee, Nelson tickle, damp grass, lemon nip. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering bite. Tidy flavoursome and refreshing sour for just 3% with a good whack of Nelson that comes through and isn't cloaked by the sour aspects.
