Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’14, day 1, 02/12/14. Very lightly hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is pale malt, gentrle citric buzz, melon, lemon rind, straw. Taste comprises mandarin, orange pith, straw, faint spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough cask SIPA, mellow easy drinker.

On tap at Birre in Festa. Made with Tomohawk hops this Light IPA is a cloudy straw gold with a thick white head. Light bodied with a crisp bitterness, quite bitter but balanced a good Session IPA.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and crisp. Mild pale malts. Little dry floralness. Good citric hops - pithy orange and grapefruit. Light semi dry finish. Decent.
