Cask at Pigs Ear 2014 - London. Pours clear red-amber with a light, creamy topping. The nose holds berries, light nutmeg and cinnamon, toasted bread and plum. Medium sweet flavor with some toffee, cinnamon, candies, bread, mellow leafy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Sweet finish with notes of toasted bread, more seasonal spices. Quite nice.
