Old rating from 25-09-15 - Pint from the cask at the Apple & Pear Taphouse in St Helier. Pours a golden colour with a thick white head. Aromas of citrus & malt. Taste is citrusy hoppy with a pale malty background, notes of lemon also present, some hop bitterness in the aftertaste. A very nice pint.

Half-pint by cask, shared with Finn after breakfast at Figure of Eight (JDW). Remaining white head under a bright golden body. Rich lacing. Toffee and floral hops on the nose. Peachy flavours supported by citrus with a backdrop of toffee sweetness. Bittersweet finish. Satisfying. (Birmingham 04.02.2020).
