500ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord. Crocheted lacing from a beige coloured head. Near black in the glass with a rustic shade. Delicate, earthy chocolate nose, nicely roasted. Flavours of dark bread, coffee, and dark chocolate supported by a piney touch to a roasted bitter ending. Fine bodied. Pleasant porter. (Bodø Panorama 21.03.2018).

Bottle. Clear brown body with a light and fast disappearing tan head. Aroma has dark malt, coffee, chocolate, cocoa and coffee. Flavor has dark malt, toast, coffee and balanced bitterness. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. A nice and tasty beer somewhere in the crossing between a porter and a brown ale.

Medium beige head. Opaque black body. Deep dark chocolatey roasty taste with toasted rice notes. Dryish toasty roasted earthy taste with mealy spicy wooden notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, powdery mouthfeel, slightly flat. Dryish earthy peppery intensely roasty toasty aftertaste with mineraly minty notes. Deep and interesting flavour. Very, very toasty, but still nice. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Strømmen.)

Draught @ De Molen shared by Thompson. Dark brown color with a light red glare coming through when held into the light, medium sized light brown colored head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, surprisingly hoppy for a porter. Taste malts, lightly brown malts and again hops. Huh? Weirdest porter I’ve ever tried I think. More a hoppy brown als imo.
