Интересно в целом. Есть перчик но больше черри, при этом прям сильно копченно. Несмотря на эклектику вкусов, можно пить.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 20th July 2025. Rated as a novelty ale. Deep ruby black with minimal foam foam spot lacing. Roasty maltiness and cherry fruits in aroma. Explosively peppery in-mouth, yet with the malts and cherries holding their own. Roasty finish with the chipotle becoming dominant. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at EBF April. Aroma has a sweetness with a smoky chili edge. Opaque cola brown. Foamy beige head soon retreats to the rim but still attempts some bulk. Spice
A lot of it. Peripheral sweetness. Medium bodied. Oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long super astringent finish.

Cask at Cellar, Chester. Pours very dark reddish brown with minimal tan head. There’s spices and cola in the aroma. In the mouth it is definitely sweet with a creamy texture but spicy chilli hotness immediately overwhelms everything else. Some cherries and chocolate can be determined though. Spiciness lasts into the finish. This is nice but I find chilli beers very difficult to rate. Chilli blocks out any other flavours and the taste buds have to be given a rest afterwards !

Tap at Craft Islington. Smoky bacon walkers, taste is meaty and spicy, i can't get the cherry. Like the meatiness.

A dark brown stout with a thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light chili powder, tart cherry with light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light cherry notes, light chili, powdery character, light and smooth. On tap at Cajun Café spring beer fest 2016.

330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Dusty, peppery spicy aroma, roasty dark malty background with cautious hints of dark chocolate, a cautious touch of morello cherry. Taste is moderately sweet dark malty, chocolately, fruity notes of cherry, mild peppery spiciness. Nice combination taht works well concerning taste but can’t unfold its potential in aroma.
