Bottle 330ml. [ As Berentsens Stjerneskudd ].[ Trade by yngwie ]. ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, x-mas spices, clove, cinnanon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, spicy, x-mas spices, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160109]

KRS 241115. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is cloves, ginger, spices. Flavour is spices, ginger, cloves, malt, oranges. Medium body. OK beer.

Shared bottle at HNB’s yule beer tasting on board Fridtjofen 11th/12th of December 2015. Dark golden to pale brown. Small and diminishing head. Aroma and taste of ginger, cloves, other spices, herbs and pumpkin. Same in aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours clear brown, with a big creamy head. Aroma is roasted malts with bread and heavy spicy notes of camphor and cloves, as well as ginger, candied orange peel, spruce and brown sugar. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet spicy malts with bread, burned caramel and succates. Sweetly finish.

Bottle @ my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich xmas spices, malt, orange, caramel and hops. Too spicy.

330 ml bottle. Clear amber body with a nice, fluffy, lacing beige head. Aroma is mild but distinct of ginger, oranges, cloves and star anise with caramel malt. This beer has a nice combination of being light at the same time as distinct spicy. This male it feels both easy drinking refreshing and Christmas like at the same time. Mild, soft and not too sweet caramel malt with lots of refreshing ginger together with oranges and Christmas spices like cloves and star anises. Low bitterness. Medium to thin body and long lasting aftertaste with ginger and all the other stuff. Surprisingly nice Christmas beer for the grocery marked. Have to grab a few more of this for Chrsitmast I think.
