Tap @ Cockney pub, Aarhus. Nice head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, coffee and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Bottle, 11.0%. Creamy aroma, perhaps even milky. Black colour. Almost no head. The head look light or dark brown head. The flavour has a distinct vanilla note, a little sweetness. Quite vinous finish. Very roasted and very long aftertaste.

Pitch black, light beige froth. Roasted aroma, licorice and light coffee. Similar flavour, sweet with good bitterness to balance. Long roast and licorice finish. Alcohol gets a little rough, but still nice.

Bottle. Pours cloudy nearly black with airy tan head. Clear aroma of roast, malt and vanilla, with notes of chocolate. Sweetish flavour of chocolate malt and yeast, with touches of fruit and bitter, roasty notes. Hints of hops. Lingering, roasty and estery atertaste with notes of alcohol. Good andwell-balanced, if rather boozy.
