Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, caramel malts, nuts, chocolate, roasted grain, puffed rice. Taste is roasted grain, nuts, chocolate, caramel malts, hay, puffed rice. Medium bitterness. Pretty boring.

Deep amber colour with a frothy tan head. Some lacing. Sweet caramel malt aroma. Medium body. Moderate sweet and some bitterness. Dominating caramel malt, but some notes of roasted malt also. An ok Vienna. No problems with buying another one.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko/heavy (thanks!). Darker amber/brown coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, nutty malty nose. Sweet malty, nutty caramel and discreet hoppy with hint of spices in the finish. Let’s say ordinary beer.

Another one from abemorsten! Poured a darker brown-amber body. Sweet malty nose, coffee, plastic? Dunno, rated it highly though. Empty sweet malty taste, slightly creamy, almost more bitterness, very light roastiness. Gets more pleasant later on, just somehow. Don’t remember how on Earth I liked this more than the Lervig stuff.

0.33 l bottle from abemorsten, thanks! It poured clear dark brown body with moderate brownish head. Fine sweet aroma, I would say raisins and caramel. Flavor was a bit sweetish, likewise a bit bitter, woody, fine roasted malts. Spiced but I couldn’t figure out how. Medium bodied with short and simple finish that was more inclined to bitterness. All in all, a relatively decent winter brew with some weird note.

330ml bottle bought at Centra Colosseum in Oslo. Deep, mahogany coloured body. Fawn-coloured head slowly diminishing. Fragile lacing to the glassware. Dark and dry grainy malts to the nose. Dark roasted malts in flavour alongside liquorice and wet bread. Notes of bitterness to the ending. Accepted (Tromsø, 31.12.2011).

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt, nuts, and a light touch of metallic hops, leading to a dry end.
