Bottle from High Point, Vancouver
Brown color, dark, opaque. Aroma of chocolate, smoke, armpit, petrol, cow-pie. Smooth and full bodied mouthfeel; the malt base is weird, a bit stale, the body is thinning, some petrol flavor, light body in the end. Weird, not too good.

This is sort of smokey with peat. Touch of bourbon. Medium brown. Sweet, with mostly peat malt, touch of bourbon...honeyish...the malts are thin but yet it’s fairly sweet. I don’t understand that much, but I assume barrel influence. It’s odd. Clean though.

650mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany / dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out considerable smoky bourbon, toasted caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is so heavily peated, with lots of smoked meat and toasted caramel malt. Why is there peat in this? Smoky and lacking depth. The barrels aren't used well.
