Bottled (from Systembolaget Umeå). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head that leaves lace. Aroma is fruity, floral,citrus and some mild yeastiness. Flavour is yeasty, some fruity, nectary and mild floral notes. Nicely dry palate and also a nice tartness along with the fruits in the finish.

(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with brief foamy white head. Fruity, spicy nose with citrus, grass, bread, hay, coriander, elderflower and spices. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of citrus, lemon peel, hay, grapes, coriander, bread, dried pineapple, a touch of banana, pears and a mild spicy bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made saison. Nice one.

0,33 flaske fra Systembolaget Malmø, på hytta okt-17: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer helt ned med film og kniplinger. Fin saisonaroma og -smak, med krydder (pepper, koriander og muskat), høy, gjær og bitterappelsiner. God munnfylde, og fin bitterhet i den halvtørre ettersmaken. Flasken ble alt for fort tom, men så er da også saison en av mine favorittstiler. 7% ABV, brygget 230517.
