Draught @ Taproom Malmö, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 21422. [ As Ocean Echo Red Ale ].Clear medium red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark - pale malt, toasted, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, pale malt, butterscotch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160123]

Draught sample at Malmö Taproom. Deep red amber colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with butterscotch, caramel malts and grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with caramel malts. Well...

Draft at Olstugen Tullen Gothenburg. Clear ruby red coloured pour with a thin sticky off white grey coloured head. Red currants, and nutty malts on the nose with a little vanilla, little meaty. Flavour is composed of iron, blood, nutty malts and raisin, mineral. Palate is dry and chalky, high carbonation with a drying finish.
