[Cask at the Counting House (JDW), Glasgow.] A pale straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; lemony aroma; rather thin in the mouth with a pithy lemon taste ; and a sweetish finish.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - orange tang with a barley backdrop. Taste - more orange barley water. A touch of Mr Werthers. Light herb nuance on the side. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - solid.

500ml bottle from Aldi, north of the border - Murky amber body, decent white head, tons of sediment. Nose is citrus, malty, grapefruit front. Taste is crisp with a sharp finish. Decent but looks like crap.
