Backlog March 2015. Dark brown, almost black body under a dense beige head. Aroma is a bit mild with dark malt, ash, coffee, dark chocolate and light smoke. Taste is sweet dark malt, caramel, dry fruit, dark chocolate, coffee, ham and some smoke. Medium body and same tastes goes into the finish. Not very strong in smoke, but decent.

Flaska inköpt för flera år sedan och sedan lagrad i källare. Brunsvart vätska. Doftar dålig och billig dussinsalami, sån där man dissar på mässor. Träig och oinspirerande smak. Lite känsla av vi-rör-ihop-lite-vad-som-helst- och-tillsätter-rökpastiller.

Bottled. A black beer with dark brown head. The aroma has notes of smoke, roasted malt, and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke, iodine, roasted malt, peated smoke, and straw, leading to a dry roasted finish

(Bottle) Almost black colour, with hints of ruby when seen through light. Firm beige head. Malty, slightly smoky nose with liquorice, coffee, black rye bread, orange peel, some spices and a touch of soy sauce. Malty, smoky taste with notes of coffee, black rye bread, dark chocolate, orange peel, a touch of tar and a finish with a balanced coffee bitterness and a mild smoke flavour. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit sharp and edgy, but tasty with a balanced smoke profile. Quite nice.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Slottskällans Rökporter ].Clear dark brown color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, smoke, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, roasted, dark malt, smoked, sweet malt, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160109]

Bottle @ my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, coffee, hops and has a nice bitter finish.
